I often offer an introductory class for the Bach Flower Essences the evening before the Midwifery seminar, usually from 7 to 9 p.m. and we will cover all 38 Bach essences, which help people with emotional and mental difficulties.  At the end of the class you will make up a treatment bottle for yourself.  This class is a lot of fun and the Bach essences are very helpful in pregnancy, labor, delivery and post partum.  No CEUs for this class.  $30

Here’s what you will learn in this seminar:
· The basics of homeopathy, presented by someone who has been teaching about homeopathy for more
  than six years.
· How to apply information about the homeopathic remedies to analyze and decide which homeopathic
  remedy should help the mom.
· How to use these homeopathic potencies:  30C, 200C and 1M.
· How to assess the action of the homeopathic remedy.
· How to decide what to do after the first remedy has worked but no longer seems to be working.
· How to keep good records of your analysis and use of homeopathy.

MEAC (Midwifery Education and Accreditation Council) approved for .6 CEU. There is an additional charge to get this accreditation and 3 CEU requests necessary.

Open to anyone, but please know we will focus on midwifery use of homeopathy. (Doulas are very welcome).
Learn about homeopathy, how it works and when and how to use a selection of homeopathic remedies important in pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum. No prior experience with homeopathy is necessary.

Marybeth has assisted a number of moms, including moms of multiples, with their pregnancies and births using homeopathy, making their pregnancies more comfortable, their births quicker and uncomplicated and their recoveries speedy and complete.

In this class you will learn the basics of homeopathy from a professional homeopath who has been teaching homeopathy for more than 13 years to hundreds of people. We will cover 18 remedies, you will learn what specific characteristics to look for, how to assess the action of a remedy, when to repeat a remedy and what to do if a remedy didn't work or did work but no longer is working.
